How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked we estimated 2 - 3 working days from DISPATCH. This is a tracked service with notifications sent via email/text message.
For orders sent via DPD we estimate 1 - 2 working days from DISPATCH. Please note that the DPD service is not guaranteed next day, but is a tracked service with notifications and delivery times sent via email/text message.
UK Surcharge Postcodes
For DPD tracked services to the following Highland, Island and Channel Island postcodes, the charge will be £11.95 for orders < £25 and £10.95 for order > £25. Please note, these deliveries take 1-2 working days on top of the normal delivery time.

We cannot legally dispatch any orders that contain Prescription Only Veterinary Medicines until a veterinary surgeon authorises your uploaded/emailed/posted prescription.
Please ensure any uploaded/emailed copies are clear and legible as poor quality electronic copies may lead to a delay in processing. It is also important to note, that any prescriptions presented to us after 28 days of issue from the prescribing vet may be subject to further checks with your practice.
